When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number (and phone number, if different), and any optional message you provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) for security and analytics purposes.

We use the information you provide to contact you via WhatsApp about early access to our platform, to understand the size and composition of our potential customer base, and to improve our product offering. We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you voluntarily submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@bedrockdairy.com.
5. Data Retention
We retain waitlist data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Cookies & Tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking software. Cloudflare Turnstile (our spam-protection widget) is specifically designed to operate without cookies or persistent identifiers; it performs its verification using ephemeral cryptographic tokens only. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, consent will be obtained before any tracking takes place.
8. Third-Party Services
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, and form submissions are passed server-side to our contact-automation service to initiate a WhatsApp conversation with you. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms and processes messages under its own privacy policy. None of these services is loaded in a way that drops cookies in your browser; please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
